Had American Heritage clean 2 rooms of carpet and some tile and grout in our kitchen and was very pleased with their quality of work. The 2 men did everything promised when I made my appointment over the phone. Very professional from start to finish and I will recommend them to family and friends. Also their prices for the services were very competitive

I had requested the entire carpet to be cleaned along with 4 kitchen chairs. The owner gave me an estimate for both. When the carpet cleaners came, they did a good job on the carpet. However, they did not clean the chairs. I had the obviously dirty chairs sitting on the kitchen floor, lined up ready to be cleaned. When I called back the next day, I was accused of not telling him to clean the chairs. He told me that I just asked for an estimate. I explained to him that he must have misunderstood me and would he be willing to come to a closer location to clean only the chairs and waive the fuel charge. He would not waive the fuel charge. Instead of the apology for making the mistake in not cleaning our chairs, I felt like I was spoken to in a demeaning way when I spoke with this gentlemen.

Very pleased with the service from this company. [redacted] explained to me in detail what to expect when the 2 tech arrived. He took the time to educate me and promised me nothing over the phone as the techs would need see what my issues were. The 2 young men did everything promised over the phone. My carpets are 10 years old and one urine stain did not come out, which the tech said might happen. Overall this was the best exprience I've had with a cleaner and will use them again as I now think I can get another 4-5 years out of my carpets

I was impressed with prompt scheduling and service I received. I am over an hours drive from the store in Nixa and travel was no problem. Service technicians called before arriving, were prompt and polite. Special request to use care with equipment on my hardwoods was taken professionally. They lifted all their equipment and handled my home with caution and care. The technicians were very polite, pre-vacuumed and cleaned as expected, but the extra step to wipe down baseboards was a nice unexpected touch. I was asked numerous times if I had questions about their process and they were very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. .
