[I never contacted this company at any time, and I did not request to them to have my number removed from their list prior to this complaint.  They could not have removed my number as I never provided it to them prior to this complaint.  I do not trust that they have removed me yet.]

I’m sorry to see that Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint.  He was called as a follow up to a request he made looking for home financing options.Once he requested to be taken off the list we removed his name immediately.
