The *** have been customers of ours for the last years and I'm pretty sure they would agree that leaving things behind is not how we do business Leaving things behind is not acceptable and we take full responsibility We were first contact back on 2/24/about things left
behind We left a voice mail on 2/29/that we will be out to clean everything up We told the *** we would be out on 3/3/to clean up the extension cords and clips We did not make it out that day due to the small amount of snow on the ground (the clips that we use are clear in color and if there is any snow on the ground it's almost impossible to see the clips) They were scheduled this morning, 3/7/to clean everything up The work was completed this morning by around am We pick up some bulbs, a extension cord that was not plugged in and clips that were on the ground I would be more than happy to work with them on pricing and apply an agreed upon credit to this years upcoming holiday season My direct line is ***.Thanks!***
