As *** *** states, we sent someone up when we received her call about the leak to repair any roofing issues They did not see any openings on our new roof at all but they re-coated and sealed around all seams over her leaking area a second time anyway Both parties than agreed to wait for the next rain to see what occurs There was no call back through the next rain or two so we assumed all was fine On Wednesday October 28th at 8:30pm, I received a phone call at home from *** *** that the rain that evening was coming into her bedroom again I immediately that night texted my roofing foreman her information and he responded he would go out again to solve the issueWhen he went out, he caulked her side fascia board and her windows (None were part of our contract) and any potential problem areas above the leaking area to try to resolve this issue We are now awaiting the next rain again to see if all is sealedWhenever *** *** called, we ALWAYS responded and we always went back whether this problem is from our roof or not The roof is as tight as a drum and we believe this issue could have been from her capping or pent roofs which were there prior to our roof but we are trying to solve the issue for her anyway We do not believe this issue should have been brought forward as a Revdex.com complaint as we have gone back every time she called us in an attempt to find the leak We even offered to spackle and sand her damaged bedroom ceiling at no charge even though this leak may not be from her roof and thus may not be our fault The cause is unknown at this time but we are trying to help to resolve this issue. Hello Mr. [redacted],We apologize for the delay in addressing your siding issue.  The inclement weather coupled with half of our office getting the flu virus has hampered our ability to revisit your home.  As Sam explained when he visited your house, there is no problem with the installation of...

the siding.  Instead, the water happens to be dripping off one side of your front bay in such a manner that it is making a dripping noise as the water falls onto the window capping.Nonetheless, we intend to do everything that we can in order to remedy the situation.  Sam will be stopping back out to your home soon.  We appreciate your patience, as this has been a trying time for our company with regard to scheduling.Thank you,Jonathan N. C[redacted]

As [redacted] states, we sent someone up when we received her call about the leak to repair any roofing issues.  They did not see any openings on our new roof at all but they re-coated and sealed around all seams over her leaking area a second time anyway.  Both parties than agreed to wait for the next rain to see what occurs.  There was no call back through the next rain or two so we assumed all was fine.  On Wednesday October 28th at 8:30pm, I received a phone call at home from [redacted] that the rain that evening was coming into her bedroom again.  I immediately that night texted my roofing foreman her information and he responded he would go out again to solve the issue. When he went out, he caulked her side  fascia board and her windows (None were part of our contract) and any potential problem areas above the leaking area to try to resolve this issue.  We are now awaiting the next rain again to see if all is sealed.

Whenever [redacted] called, we ALWAYS responded and we always went back whether this problem is from our roof or not.  The roof is as tight as a drum and we believe this issue could have been from her capping or pent roofs which were there prior to our roof but we are trying to solve the issue for her anyway.
We do not believe this issue should have been brought forward as a Revdex.com complaint as we have gone back every time she called us in an attempt to find the leak.  We even offered to spackle and sand her damaged bedroom ceiling at no charge even though this leak may not be from her roof and thus may not be our fault.  The cause is unknown at this time but we are trying to help to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your time,
