Description Of Work:
Removed old roof, put on new roof gutters and leaders. Replaced 7 sheets of damaged ply wood.
Comments:
We had an existing leak and our roof which was more than 20 years old needed replacing.
Jon [redacted] estmated the job and provided recommendations as to what should be done.
We had prior issues withn ice damming, based on the pitch of my roof Jon recommended that we
have ice shield on the entire roof instead of just the minimum required by building code.
This would provide better protection without a large increase in cost.
We felt comfortable speaking to him and he was very responsive to any questions we had.
He scheduled our installation as soon as possible, since we were having some bad weather, we waited a few of days.
The roof was done in 1 day and the gutters were installed the following day.
The crew was very professional and cleaned up around the property as soon as they were done.
We were really impressed with the quality of their work. [redacted] Shingles were used which are backed by Weather Stopper System Plus ltd Warranty (50 yrs).
Seamless Gutters and [redacted] Gutter covers were installed (lifetime noclog warranty).
We plan to contact Jon in the spring regarding having James[redacted] siding installed.
In addition to being a [redacted]e contractor, Jon is also preferred James[redacted] remodeler.
I would definitely use American Home Contractors for work on our home again.
