Review: First time I file a complaint against that store, I should have a long time ago, there's always a problem
Just now, tried to get a neon light for my bathroom #2 I bought one at that store, but it did not work. I have another bathroom in the apt. and tried this new neon light on that bathroom #1 , and it did not work either.
Went down to exchange it.
Same exact problem with this new light (that the store, by the way, sells without protective envelope). I used the old neon that was working in bathroom 1 in bath room #2, thinking the electric hardwire of bathroom 2 might be defective. That old neon light worked fine in bathroom 2!!!!
I explained that to the owner to get my refund, He just wanted to give a store credit.
