I emailed Mr*** on October 21st , since I had called him and left him a message with no return response. Mr*** emailed me back on October 25, and gave me his work number to reach him on, so I called the same day and left him a message. I ended up emailing Mr***
again the same day asking him if he had a preference on a day of the week ( next week ) that works better for him than others, to schedule a day and time for our Production Manager to come out and meet with Mr*** to address the concerns with his yard damage. He did not respond. Today October 26, Mr*** called our office and I thanked him for calling, I explained to him how I was wanting to schedule a day and time that works for Mr*** next week to meet with him and address the yard issues. Mr*** told me he was going to be in Fort Worth TX next week and didn't want anyone to come out to his property. He then said he understands it's just grass and it will grow on it's own. I explained to him we are more than happy to come out and look to see if we can resolve any damage on his yard and he said no, it's fine

I do apologize for the delay in getting the information to Mr***. However I have spoke to Mr*** yesterday 10/18/and let him know I have sent all the documents he has requested out in yesterday's mail to him. He was pleased with the call and information. Thank you
