Review: My roof was done on 4/27/2011. The job was not done properly and as a result, water accumulated in the upstairs bathroom and a few weeks ago there was so much water that penetrated into the walls and bathroom that the kitchen ceiling collapsed. The kitchen lies beneath the upstairs bathroom.

I called the company, at the SAME telephone number, and they informed me that the company went bankrupt and as such that they are not responsible for the damage. It seems that all they did was change the name of the company, since they are still doing business, but under a different name, and with the same telephone number, which does not make sense if they are bankrupt. It appears to be a ploy to dodge responsibility for their shoddy workmanship.

In the meantime I had to hire people to take the basin and bathroom tiles out in order to fix the damage and the collapsed ceiling has to be replaced. This job will cost me a few thousand dollars due to the negligence of this company, which my insurance company will not pay for.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund to pay for the damage incurred by the poor workmanship of this company.
