to whom it may concern,They never help meI told them when we first started that I had sent in al pay check stubs, income tax return and all information about my mother being on hospice.and Wells Fargo had turn me downThey just sent the same information over again and I had told them I had done that alreadyAnd got the same results.Also a 2nd mortgage had been charge offI told Consumer Link about that mortgageThey did nothing believe please this company did nothing but took my moneyI was in contact with my lender more than they where.I talk to Wells Fargo every week they did notYou can call Wells FargoAnd as far as them telling me about other programs they did not they where going to charge me about other programs in NJ that are free of charge.Please do not let them get away with this they took $from me and they did nothingI had to search I had to fine other programs to help me .I was out of work, mother on hospice with doctors bills and they took my money and did nothing I had to do all the work.All they did id take money from mePlease I an I'm begging you please don't let them get away with this Not only for me but other people as well.I could not afford to pay them But I did I took money from my sick mothers account to pay themIs that fair noHelp me *** ***

We worked very diligently on Ms*** file. She came aboard on June, 20, 2017, we worked on her file daily until she requested to cancel our services. Her file was denied but we had other options to proceed on her behalf. We also offered outside assistance in referring her to
local agencies to her that also have options to help herUnfortunately we worked on her file for several months in which employees were paid for. We are not able to offer a refund for services rendered for fees paid. However we did offer to continue work on her file and as stated previously we referred her to other agencies that could also offer assistance

We have been reviewing this file for a possible refund. However there is a lot of mixed information on this file. It initially came over under *** ***, with an authorized family member of *** ***. At the time the refund request was initiated the documents were sent
out and not received until mid August. We have had numerous people call into our office, that are CLEARLY not authorized to speak on either person's behalf. Also when Mr*** does follow up on his request he is very unprofessional, uses very vulgar language and makes threats to our office.We want to handle the situation amicably but need only the individuals AUTHORIZED to call in regarding the file status as we cannot by law release information to any other individuals unless we have written authorization.We will AGAIN reach out to Mr*** regarding the outcome of his request. But would like to suggest he handle himself professionally.Also per the complaint issued to your office it is stating the refund will need to be issued to *** ***? We have no authorization on file for him and per the signature on the payment form used to process payment on behalf of *** is *** *** not this *** ***?
