American Home Loan Relief

Review: No service was provided to assist me as a client in obtaining a loan modification after a total fee of $3,895.00 was paid on 5/8/2014. I asked for my money back since 100% guarantee for satisfaction and I didn't get it. It was so frustratingly disappointed and stressful ever since I engaged to American Home Loan Relief (AHLR). It's started when I received a call from Ms. [redacted] at AHLR around first week of Mar 2014. She introduced herself and her AHLR with good talk. Then on Mar.17, 2014 I signed their documents sent through e-mail and returned them back. During that times we had some talks, mostly what I have to do and how the rest of the money send to them. She named Mr.[redacted] her assistant, will be my main contact. Their phone # she given was the same; ###-###-#### but ext. 102 and 106, respectively. Around early of Apr [redacted] called me asked for more documents to complete the package he needed before he send it to my mortgage lender. After all were sent to him I waited for couple weeks then I called him to find out the status, all he had said, wait till I heard from my lender and will have a 3way conversation. Every time I called always the same answered I got. Lately after that it's hard to get hold of him and he doesn't response to my call. I called my lender to get status of loan modification supposedly submitted by AHLR but no record. Finally I got hold of him and the same answered I received. Due to this critical situation, I have developed so much frustrations and stress and I decided and told him you can not help solve my problem therefore, I'm terminating AHLR and your service. I asked [redacted] to return my money back and he said write a letter to AHLR which I did on July 28,2014. Ever since that date I even e-mail Ms. [redacted] but I did not get any response. I was still calling them, always client office answered without response. So please help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: In addition to refund, I want $1000.00 settlement from these people (AHLR) for what they have done to me. Every day I think about this sm, I'm so much stress and angry. My mind is still confused. Thinking everyday how can I repay the person I borrowed money from for this loan modification fee I paid for. People like this should be punished.

Review: It's been more than 140 days since this American home loan relief company tried to get Oxwen My mortgage company to reduce my interest rate. Ocwen had responded first by mail then by phone (set time and date) then on phone informed me that they denied to lower my interest rate do to the fact that I didn't meet their requirements. I then called [redacted] the representative of American Home Loan relief. He told me he did not understand why Ocwen did not lower my interest rate.I told him that the representative from Ocwen said that the main reason is because I have been paying my mortgage on time and have not missed a mortgage payment.At that time I told him that because Ocwen denied our rate deduction and that American home loan relief could not complete there service to refund my money. He then told me, to hold back one mortgage payment to possibly met Ocwen's requirements. I told him that was not an option. Just refund my money for the incomplete service.. He then told me to write a letter to [redacted] requesting my refund. Which I sent it UPS On July 9,2014. Call him a week later and [redacted] said he never received it. Check back a week later and said he still never received it. A few days pass then he convinced me to try one more time. I said ok by if this does not work the 2nd time to send me my refund which I said you have my letter he then said he ([redacted]) received my letter. Which tells me that because I am trying the 2nd time again that he indeed has my refund letter.The 2nd try started on July 15,2014 and its been more than 45 days late and still no call or letter from Ocwen. I call [redacted] to return my refund and sent more than a dozen calls to him and no response.On sept 16 I got through to the secretary [redacted]. I told her to connect me to Mr. [redacted]. She put me through and I got his answering service left a message my cell and home numbers, and Mr. [redacted] never called me back. Mr. [redacted] and his company never met there agreement contract that we signed.Desired Settlement: My total refund of $4295.00 was the amount. He and his company American Home loan relief did not get my reduce interest rate with my Mortgage Company (Ocwen) therefore did not fulfill the contract agreement. I have the contract that we signed and if they could not get that reduction in interest rate in my mortgage there would be a refund.Therefore, [redacted] and [redacted] have not returning my phone messages tells me they have no intentions to pay me my refund. A breach in there contract.
