services for over 40 years in the Greater Phoenix Area. The complaint was also sent to the Homeowners Association and the Property Manager, who several weeks ago contacted ELS. The matter has been discussed with these parties, including the person that filed the complaint and ELS has assured all parties that they will continue to do all they can to limit dust when performing their job. The area in question is part of a property ELS is contracted to mow, trim bushes, and remove leaves, weeds and debris.  Most of the specific area is dirt. When removing weeds, raking and using a blower all efforts are made to limit dust.  ELS continually trains employees to be mindful of dust and to keep it to a minimum while performing their job.    Kind Regards,   Daniel [redacted]ELS Maintenance, IncController
