  I have spent thousands of dollars hiring this Company for our cooler and AC repair and not one single complain.  Do you think I would make a big deal over a $245 billed.  I'm a businessman and so are you.  I don't appreciate people taking advantage of me and taking shortcut to get the cooler to a point of just working and charge me again the next time it needs repair according to your phone response.  Because of your incompetent work, my new compressor which you replaced about 4 months ago is now dead costing me an additional $1700 to replace again.

10, 2017. Jorden's technician (JR) service  [redacted] walk in cooler. Technician found cooler was not working at all. He diagnose  the system and found to possible fan pressure switch and possible condenser fan motor failed. Due to age of equipment, technician do not have part(s) on hand and part(s) have to be order. JR bypass then pressure switch to get cooler going and charged customer $245.72 for the service call and time he was there. Jorders then monitor the cooler and will order the part(s). On July 10, 2017. [redacted] (this person that we haven't dealt before) called "shouting profanities" and " racial slurs". about our service. We explained to him about our charges, but [redacted] will not hear our explanation and continue shouting profanities and complaining about our service and charges. I told [redacted] "we will refund his $245.72 the following Monday" (July 17, 2017") since he's not satisfied on our services. Jordens mailed a refund check on the following Monday. [redacted] did not appreciate the fact that Jordens did everything we can to get his cooler working on the first visit and should know by shouting profanities and racial slurs wont get him nowhere.
