Tech (Shazia?) In Lorton VA is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I left my appointment very confident I would be successful using CPAP
I have been receiving cpap supplies from this company and oxygen therapy for years. Since they have been merged with Lincare the support, billing, and every aspect is horrible. Overcharging, incorrect supplies, and failure to refund monies owed back. They should close the doors on all of it. Worthless company now in my opinion.
Concerning the complaint submitted on 8/27/by *** *** I have contacted our call center and ensured the customer's phone number is deleted from our records. I have called the customer and left a message on her voice mail with this same information. I do apologize profusely for
this happening and want to ensure that it is corrected to the customer's satisfaction
CPAP and oxygen supplier. This company is VERY difficult to deal with if you have a problem with your mask. They will set appointments but never show up. You can talk to them 20 times and they will say there's no record of you ever calling. My first mask ripped after 3 weeks. It took them 4 months to replace it. The second one injured my neck; I've been in physical therapy two months so far but they will not send a respiratory therapist out. They keep setting appoint-ments with me but never show up. Now they want to pick up the machine for non-use. The delivery people are sometimes not able to use Google maps and they will show up at 11:30 at night.
