Fraudulent company. Home owners can have a loan restructure done directly through their mortgage company for free. Do NOT use a third party company to perform a home restructure or loan modification. I contacted my current loan provider Freedom Mortgage and the agent informed me that she just worked with a gentlemen the day prior to my call to her about this very same company. They are having customers send them a certified check to a mailbox facility in Irvine, California. As a home owner , I highly recommend contacting your current loan company first before doing anything related to you paying your mortgage or not paying it. Never be afraid to contact your current lender because ultimately they are the ones that can foreclose on your home and destroy your life, NOT a third party company.
