I purchased a refurbished transmission from Corey Ross owner of Dooley's Garage approx years ago, and it was Guaranteed as long as I kept the vehicle, to be replaced at no cost to me I took the vehicle back and forth to this location beginning in April In June I took it back and MrRoss agreed it was the transmission that needed replacing The vehicle has been sitting in the same spot for months now, he keeps telling me it is an issue with the company that made the transmission, that they are using faulty parts in the transmission I call and he makes excuses as to why the vehicle is not done, he keeps telling me that he will have it done next week, week after week The most recent occured last Wednesday when he told me he was getting on it that afternoon (10/11/17) My niece and I went to his gargage on Friday 10/13/and the vehicle has not been moved The hood is popped open, because the battery has gone dead Which means that the elements of weather have gotten in, an
I contacted the Revdex.comseveral months back about my van and a Lifetime Guarantee on the transmission of my vehicle The garage that originally installed the transmission had retained my vehicle for over months, and delayed for various excuses the replacement of that transmission I did finally get the vehicle back, and have driven it not continually, but have driven the vehicle I was told by the owner of the business that he DID NOT put a new transmission in the vehicle but serviced it and got it running After months of waiting I took the vehicle due to need, however, after having it back for approxmonths I am having the same issues as before The transmission is slipping, and I know it needs to be REPLACED WITH A NEW TRANSMISSION AS WARRANTEED I am afraid to take it back to there for several reasons Please indicate what I need to do at this point to get my vehicle done correctly, and completely
