I met with the customers personally at their home after the rejection to my response on the complaints they expressed to see if we could work towards a resolution related to their concernsI believe after our long discussion we made progress to resolve there issuesWe were able to come to an agreement to put the garden back in acceptable condition and discussed the remaining balance was due once the insurance was received by the homeowner from the insurance which we agreed to work together on to achieveFinally we are sending a revised invoice that eliminates any confusion the other invoices may have caused to show the balance is do when the final insurance check arrives and is not to be paid out of the customers personal financesAfter the meeting was completed I feel all issues we found a resolution for and are in the process of working towards their requests to bring closure to their complaintsHopefully once we accomplish the goals laid out during the meeting this complaint will be satisfiedIf the customers have any further concerns I asked them to call my phone directly so I can personally help to resolveThanks for your help Revdex.com

We have been in contact with customer and are working to resolve the issue with their bush and the confusion regarding the billingThis is a insurance restoration project due to storm damage to their roofThe insurance company pays for the total expense to replace the roofIn this case I
believe the customer was confused that we were billing for extra money out of their own pocketHowever I believe this has been clarified now that the bill is for the funds provided by the insurance company to compensate AHS for the work completedThe extra money that was AHS billed the customer for was approved by the insurance company for building code upgrade items the insurance missed in the original funds providedThe neighbors homes have not been supplemented for these missed items in their claim settlement yetThis is why their price is different at the moment but once we supply their insurance company with the same building codes requirements missed the cost of there roof paid for by the insurance company will be comparable if they have an identical roof as the customer hasUp front on insurance Claim we contract that the customer is not responsible for any out of pocket expense other than their deductible which is required to be paid by law to the contractor and any rotted wood found on roof in order to complete installation to industry standardsThe insurance does not pay for rotted woodAll of this is discussed when we contract with a customer for roof replacement and all lines are initialedThe insurance uses the same pricing software on every claim nationallyThe software is designed to pay average market value of all items requiring restorationAHS and the insurance go over the entire project to come to an agreed price for the project at fair market valueIn this case AHS honored their contract to charge only what the insurance agreed was fair market value for this projectIf they felt it was not fair market value they would not approve the funds for this projectI believe we are on the path t to achieving full satisfaction on this project now that the customer understands the funds are due from the insurance company funds issued onlynot from their own pocketAlso the bush/tree we are in the process of working with the customer to replaceHopefully this detailed explanation helps to resolve any concerns the customer had regarding the final price and damage to any garden itemsWe appreciate you bringing this to to our attention although the complaint was unnecessaryAny customer that contacts AHS directly will always have any of their concerns rectifiedWe have a Satisfaction Guaranteed policy and an amazing warranty that is always honored

My parents and I hired this company due to a hail storm in Cockeysville MD 21030 back in June 2015. A neighbor had a sign on their lawn and I decided to give them a try. I scheduled an appointment with the sales person. Guy was his name and he stated the insurance deductible would not have to be paid as long as we tried to get them a referral for another job. We signed a contract in September and the job for replacing the roof and siding. The job was supposed to have been finished in 1 week total toward the end of October of 2015. The company did not complete the job until February or March of 2016. I do not recall exactly since it was a while ago. My parents never pressured them since we were promised no out of pocket costs. We tried to get a referral for them but were unable to. When the job was finished Guy never showed up for the walk through and signing of the final papers. Was a no call no show and I do not live with my parents and had to make arrangements to be present. When we did reschedule Guy still did not mention the deductible being due. My parents received a bill stating deductible was due and could face legal actions. Guy never returned my calls or text messages. They advertise as 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. How is this professional going so far past their original completion date? My parents paid the deductible to have this matter resolved but I do not believe this is fair business practice.

Review: Your company did the roofing work on my house an let me say they did a great job to my roof but here's the problem the dumpster they used damage my driveway an they was suppose to do my roof over my patio an fix my window beside my kitchen sink also replace my dryer vent on the outside of my house all this stuff was not done an my insurance paid them all they had had to do is summit another claim to my insurance co. to get the rest of the money to finish the work. Thats what [redacted] said this company was going to do. And I spoke with [redacted] an he told me and my wife that they would handle everything. Now your company has gotten paid and they did not finish my house. your contractor that did my roof damage my driveway it has not been fix yet. And they did my roof on the 14 of June 2013. If this is how this company do business, I will never ever let this company do anything else to my home. An I will email a copy of this to the Revdex.com. I am very dissatisfied with the work that was not done to my house an your agent better known as your senior project manager put all this in writing an it was not done.Desired Settlement: I want them to finish the job I hired them to do and fix my driveway because they damaged my driveway.
