Hello,This letter is in regards to a complaint submitted by " [redacted] .The complaint was filed about a $template charge which was a·eversedthe second it came to our attention of the clerical errorThe customer did notinform us of said error until after she formed a complaint to Revdex.com Theappropriate thing to do is to inform the service provider of a problem to see ifthey can remedy it, and if not to start using Revdex.com or other legal services toremedy it; however, this is not bow the chain of events occurredThere is noreason to bring in third parties who have much more important things to dowhen it can be settled with a simple phone callThe salesman was scheduledto do a template as a verbal agreement bad been reachedThe agreement wasto take contract to bouse for a written agreement upon templateWhentemplate was made Customer said she did not want to commit just yet as shemight want to use a different stone as color may have been too darkIn themonths following we tried to contact several different times to see when shewanted the job to be doneThree months later the salesperson received a textresponse saying she bad found something cheaper in Salem and already hadthe work done with a picture of her new countertopsIt is standard businesspractice to charge for a template as it takes time and material of which $ 50.00does not actually coverWhen it was seen that there was not a writtenagreement signed we automatically reversed and waived the template chargeof which the customer was notifiedIt was days later that we received thisformal complaint for something that was taken care of timely, diligently andwithout complaint or disagreementI would ask that this claim be dismissedand taken down from public view as to not tarnish our unparalleledreputation for an inaccurate and unsubstantiated claim Thanks,ManagementAmerican Home & Stone Inc
