We spoke with the customer on 1/15/16 and told them that we ordered new coil cushions for their loveseat. we also explained that the parts (springs, legs, frame, etc)...

are still under warranty but what has expired is the labor warranty. The manufacturer will honor labor charges for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase for the purpose of repair or replacing warranty parts. This is a standard for all
furniture manufactures. We are enclosing the warranty information.
We can order the part and set up a time for the repair service to come to their home and repair the sofa but it would be the customers responsibility to pay for the labor charge.
The new cushions are here any can be picked up at their convenience.

I was waiting to see if The American Home Store would follow thru with their promises before I responded. We did receive cushions for the love seat. Still waiting on the ones for the sofa. After numerous calls made to them about the cushions, the wrong ones were ordered. We played the game, he said-she said, and of course it was my fault. As long as we eventually get them, I'll be happy. On to the broken sofa...we called a repairman ourselves to get it fixed. The problem was, the two main upright support boards were not even attached to the back rail. They were only stapled on!! STAPLED?! The boards were not broke or damaged in any way. They were not properly stapled and came loose. What happened to using screws?? I don't see how this was our fault but at this point, I'm over it.

On February 26, 2016 customer came in to pick up new sofa cushion. The wrong cushion were sent and new cushions were reordered the same day. New cushions arrived on march 15, 2016 the customer came in the same day and picked up.

Bought our couches 2 years ago. We were talked into the extended warranty. Our couches are starting to come apart at the seams. I have called and spoke to 4 different employees at the store trying to have them send someone out to fix them. Each employee has told me different stories on how to go about this. One said my warranty was good for a year (even though my copy of warranty says 5), one told me I had to beg the manufacture to replace it. Bottom line, they will give you the run around, don't stand behind their product, and have horrible customer service. Not once did they try to help me or treat me like a customer. Would encourage you to stay away from this company. The will treat you well when making the sale, but if you have any trouble with your product, your own your own.
