AGAIN I'm not talking about the water damage or ice maker There were bills submitted for plumbing (not water damage) and electrical that were ignored They were submitted with the very first email to the company with the proof of warranty They replied that they received the warranty but denied receiving these other claims when I asked about my reimbursement and then said "It's was too late and closed my case"[redacted]

American Home Warranty followed our claims processing procedures, which are clearly and simply set forth on the one-page limited warranty document, completely and exactly in this matterThe portion of the various claims which was denied for coverage were either called out in the inspection report
provided to the claimant or were not items, systems, or components covered by the terms and conditions of the limited warrantyAHW will take no further action in this matter and the file and the claims file has been closedThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response they gave was the exact automated response I initially received and tried several times to discuss this with them.I have attached my email chain with the company that clearly shows that they received my claims even though they are denying that they received them all.  There is even discussion with them telling me I accidently sent the same attachment twice.  Some of the claims were in the same attachment and the "proof of warrant" which they acknowledge receiving.  I have attached the claims that were attached to the emails but this form  limited how many I can add, so there is more.  They denied a water damage claim saying I had the opportunity to fix it before moving in.  That is not true since the home inspector did not observe this damage.  After moving in we starting dealing with a lot of problems that the pre-purchase inspector did not identify due to an inadequate inspection.  This warranty coverage was provided by this inspector as part of his service.  We then hired a second inspector.  He found many problems which we had repaired.  I submitted the post-purchase inspector's photos as well as the repair invoices inside the required timeline.
