Based on past positive customer encounters with AHWA (they had previously installed and serviced our home’s RO and water conditioning units), decided to use their services again in conjunction with replacement of a split unit heat pump system. Another factor was their excellent pricing—very competitive when compared with quotes received from other local HVAC firms contacted for the job. Coordinated with Brad of AHWA, who was able to arrange installation on short fuse time frame (just one day after accepting their estimate). The AHWA actual install team—composed of John, Mario, Jeff, and Matt—performed in a professional and efficient manner while removing the old equipment and setting up the new outside heat pump and inside air handler. Of note, they laid down protective coverings over our inside wood and carpeted floors as needed before they even started work. Clean-up was immaculate. They only needed half a day to complete the project. And, most, importantly, after they had left, our new system worked perfectly, cooling our rooms to desired comfortable temperatures on a very hot 110 degree day. Bottom line, AHWA’s HVAC services are highly recommended.

I was experiencing a few different plumbing concerns at my home. The plumber quoted me for a new water heater with a warranty for over 2 times more than AHW charges. I called big box stores and received higher quotes for lesser quality water heaters. I called AHW and spoke to the owner. He gave me a specific quote including everything over the phone and that is exactly what I paid. It's less than 6 hours after talking to him and I have a new water heater. The Tech that came out, [redacted], was professional, respectful and fixed the plumbing set up to the water heater which was incorrect from when the house was built. The water heater I have now is higher quality than the one that came with the house. It has a brass drain valve for example. [redacted] also went above and beyond by helping fix the garage sink that was plugged up with sediment from the old tank. What a excellent customer service experience! Thank you for being in business and doing the right thing. I will be using you guys from now on.

They scheduled twice and didn't show up.

AHW installed my RO system 1 and half years ago. I had a plumber install a new sink and he was unable to correctly reconnect my RO system. I called AHW at 9am and by 11;15 had my system up and running. Luis repaired the system and cleaned up and was a pleasure to have in my home. AHW has been a company I would call on for any A/C or water problems. I would rate this company an A+ to do business with.

AHW beat the competition on price by installing the same make & model water heater for less than 1/2 the number I was quoted by a rival company. AHW performed its services within a couple of hours of my contacting them and did a super job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and am planning to have them do my A/C system.
