[redacted] called the day of her gutter installation 11/26/and stated that she did not see evidence that her gutters were cleaned out Our production administrator explained to her that we do not leave the debris behind and that she would confirm that they had been cleaned, but that we always haul away the debris We confirmed that the gutters were in fact cleaned The next communication that we have on file is the complaint with the Revdex.com The day we received the complaint we made contact with our gutter crew again and had them go out and remove the gutters to inspect for debris again This time they took pictures to show where they removed the gutters to inspect These pictures are attached No debris was found and the inspection was performed to make certain that the work was performed up to standard If there is any information that we are missing on this end, please make us aware so that we can proceed with further action
