If you are considering letting them manage your rental, DON'T! I feel bad for the owners who have no idea of the damage to the unit(s) and continued deterioration due to this company's negligence to correct the problemsWe have had water leaking in our apartment for over weeks now and they see no urgency while the unit and our furniture and belongings continue to be damaged
