I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken with an attorney in regards to this case we have not violated any laws or breech the contract with American Hometending they had their days to return our security deposit and refused to do so, we had no communication from American Hometending during the days after move out date was given to them, we had permission from the new owners of the home that we home tended to stay a few days after the auction of said homeAmerican Hometending did not send any legal documentation to us in regards as to why we could not have our deposit back during the days after the move out dayIt has now been more than days since the move out. Our Attorney said we have every legal right to our security deposit

The complaint is invalidThe couple filing this complaint had several violations of their Hometending ContractThere was a forwarding of the accounting to the Hometenders showing that there is no refund of their security deposit as a direct violation of their contract and subsequent forfeitures
and penaltiesThis includes not complying with a "NOTICE TO VACATE" upon the pending sale of the home at an auction dateThe hometenders instead continued to occupy the residence, contacted the homeowner in violation of their contract instead of following the terms and conditions of the contractThey were again given a "NOTICE TO VACATE" upon the rescheduling of the auctionThe hometenders then contacted the new homeowner upon the auction sale to ask for more time to occupy the residenceThey could have been forcibly evicted had we exercised our legal right to do so under the hometending contract
