On 6/2/my wife and I stopped by the *** *** dealership to discuss the purchase of a new Civic Type R We met with *** *** and were excited to hear that they would be getting one in late June to early July During the visit we also indicated to *** that we were looking to replace my wife's Odyssey *** said he would keep us posted concerning updates on the new Type R
On 6/5/I sent *** a text message indicating that I noticed that the Type R's were shipping to dealerships *** responded that the ETA was 6/- 6/ He indicated that the Type R was going to be Rallye Red I responded to *** that Red was my first choice, but I was also working with Zimmerman Honda in Moline to make sure I was able to put a deposit on one and be guaranteed to get one *** indicated that he would get back to me ASAP I replied at 2:pm and indicated

Replacement of water pump as maintenance left car leaking oil, when it had no leaks before
November of I decided it was time to get the water pump and timing belt replaced on my Honda Accord with about 165k milesThis repair constitutes maintenance in my mind and something *** *** had mentioned to me in the past about getting doneI made an appointment, brought the car in, left it for a day or so and they completed the maintenanceDuring that repair they also replaced an oil gasket while they had it all apartA week or two after I got it back I started noticing oil spots on the garage floorThe garage floor was perfectly clean before that, so that was another frustration in itselfI called them up and they said to bring it in and they would take a look, so I did thatI brought it in for another day, they took it apart again and put it all back togetherSure enough a few weeks later the leaking came backSo I scheduled another appointment, brought i

Our vehicle was towed to them little over a month almost months now because there wasn't a signal going from alternator to the "motherboard" (as they called it)so Honda ran a diagnostic and said the RPN of the motherboard was shot so the part was going to be &00$ plus labor so a total of $of course we give them the go ahead so our car can be fixed and running againafter that was put in, they called us to inform us that they discovered that the wiring harness that was going from that part to the alternator was shot is why they weren't getting a readingso they told us that part with labor was going to be another total of $once that part was now put in, they called us and told us "the car is running now and seems to be fine and is ready to gothey never even drove the car after the fact to make sureso my husband goes to
