excellent reputation) & after three times, they could not find any trouble or issues as customer tried to presentGander Car Care gave customer wheel bearing which customer advised would install later himselfTruck purchased is 2007, we installed new fuel pump but sending unit belonged to this same truckWe went out of our way as we always do to help these customersGander Car Care provides a used car warranty of days 50/on powertrain and customer did purchase extended warranty as wellIn closing, we would advise that we are finished with this customer as our reputation speaks for itself as we have and will continue to do our best to assist our customer issuesThis is amazing as for years we have no negative issues ever and now this after we doing our best to assist those customers

I can assure you this is my first encounter with the Revdex.comI am not a vengeful person, just one who didn't receive satisfaction through a business, after many conversations, & saw no other way
I may be the first customer of Gander Car Care to take the initiative to go this route, but I have heard many similar stories in the past weeksSomeone had to be the firstI hope to save someone else the headaches
The employees did treat us well & with the utmost respect, one in particular, named ***Very professional! This is strictly a repair issue
The business owner was made aware of my intentions to contact the Revdex.com, as I felt the repairs should have been done before the truck was even sold
The issues have since been fixed, at my expenseI did not expect any response other than the kind I receivedIt just drives home the point I was trying to address

We just want the door fixed and we are tired of waiting. Winter is coming again and we are driving around 4 kids in this van. Please just set up a time and lets get it done. That is all we are asking. We were waiting for this part all last winter too. Just order the part or provide us with a refund on the van. If I had known it would be like this I would never had bought the van to begin with.
