My son looks for a citizenship forms and found this company website and visited it believing it is a official US Immigration websiteOn the first page you can find a lot of informationThe only one HARD TO FIND is a information that it is NOT an official website
He found the form that he look for and start work onAt the end he have a "payment" page ($199.00)He paid believing it is an immigration feeOnly after pay he found out that he must print and send to USCIS with some documents anda payment
I sent a complain to this fake company, other to FL Attorney General and started a dispute on my credit card company
Again: It is a FAKE immigration site (not official) so beware: it is a trap!
I am disgusted with the idea of people trying to take advantage of a single mom who is unemployedThese people should be reported and not allowed to pose as a government agencyI'm so grateful that I did not give them my credit card after needing this document so badly
I just googled the form I needed and this website occured with the option of submitting the form online and it looked exactly as an official US Immigration website, so I did not red a lot but clicked next and was charged for something I did not needI was not invited to review or was not provided to cancel even though I acted immediatelyNever started any forms and hope they will fully refund meThey are not available hours days as advertised
This company acts in a confusing way that makes customers believe it is the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.
It makes a false staement about fees, saying the process to renew a Green card costs $170 but a "fingerpring form" is required that costs $450.
Reality is, the USCIS process for Green card renewal costs $450. the $170 is the company's fee.
Agent took quickly my bank information and charged $50 even though I said I wanted to cancel my application.
