Review: This trade organization punishes non-renewing members who either can not pay or do not wish to pay their membership dues or renewal dues by even a few weeks/months by: (1) defaming you on the internet as a "new member" to prospective clients; (2) asking your disgruntled ex-competitors, ex-clients, or ex-employers to take potshots at you by soliciting their written and verbal opinions of you, even if you have been in practice for 15 years or more, and are a legend in your chosen field. This is blackmail, extortion, defamation, slander, libel, antitrust violation, price-fixing, tortious interference with contract, and other violations of free and fair trade. Basically their motto is "join (or renew with) us or die," and this is totally un-American, un-constitutional, illegal, unethical, and un-fair. Please investigate and advise.Desired Settlement: Rectifying these totally un-American and unfair trade practices.
