Invoiced and sent to collections for services not received
In August of we contacted the AIM to get information on services On 8/22/*** *** PRODUCTION MANAGER, emailed to see if we received the script that she claims she had emailed on 8/ We responded that we never received the script On the same date she emailed a script with the mp We were not satisfied with the script or the background music We were contacted by American Impact several times and we relayed our displeasure On 10/11/we were then billed for services by *** *** *** Office Manager We responded right aware that we were not happy about the services and inquired about why we were receiving a bill for services that were unsatisfactory No response was providedSince January we have been harassed by a collections agency I called again today to speak to the owner, was told that they were unavailable by *** and at this time they are not willing to work with us
