Review: I filed a claim with [redacted] Insurance on December [redacted] 2014. I was hit by one of their insured drivers who was speeding in a parking lot and reversed into my vehicle. The claim adjuster, [redacted], investigated the situation and told me because I had since I did not try to stop the reckless driver before he had hit my car, that I was in fact liable for 10% of the damages. I tried to fight this and have my insurance company, [redacted], look into it and record both statements from both parties. My insurance company believed their driver to be 100% at fault. My insurance tried to send over the info but [redacted] would not accept. After waiting for 4 month [redacted] finally made the same offer to only cover 90%. What has upset me the most and led me to file this complaint is that it has now been almost 5 months and I still havent recieved anything from them to cover the damages. I have asked multiple time and tried to contact their rep which only lead to a rude reply or no reply at all.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] Insurance to cover the Full Damages done to my vehicle. It has now been 5 months, when their driver had hit my car he damaged the door frame so I can no longer shut my door with a seal. I live in [redacted] state where it rains constantly..without being able to shut my door the rain has leaked down door frame and damaged the inside door panel including the electrical power locks and window controls. The rep I've had to deal with has been nothing but rude,unprofessional and extremely biased. I have reached out to this company numerous time to get and answer or response and I have not recieved anything yet.
