Review: Do not return calls have not paid me my moneyDesired Settlement: Get my money

Review: A person insured by American Independent Insurance struck my legally parked vehicle on 2/14/13. A police report was filed on same date. The driver of the vehicle was driving with a learners permit and had no licensed driver in the car. I first contacted American Independent on 2/15/13 in order to initiate the complaint. I was advised that it might be easier to go through my insurance company in order to have the vehicle repaired. I refuse to pay the deductible as the vehicle was parked when it was struck. I was given a claim number and told to contact the adjustor. I have called at least 15-20 times and only spoken to the adjustor one time. I have left numerous messages with the adjustor and various supervisors in order to get this resolved. I have not as of yet received a return phone call regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: I have received two estimates for the repair of my vehicle, in the amount of $3,611.64, and would like to have the vehicle repaired.
