No follow through and then a bill
We were cold called by a salesperson asking if we would be interested in trying an air hose that has a lifetime warranty I was told I would have at least days to try the air hose and see how we liked it The salesperson told us he would call us to see how we liked it before the hose needed to be returned Sometime in December we received an invoice with day terms listed The next time we heard from anyone at the company was 2/saying the bill is overdue After a few minutes trying to explain that we did not see the reason to keep the hoses (we were sent even though we did not ask for more than 1), we were told that it was to late to return them as they only accept returns for days out of the hoses were never used I have also done an internet search on the hoses and found out that they are overcharging for the hoses by about $per hose

The company does not comply with their own policy of lifetime guarantee You can not talk to anybody except for receptionist, I use that term loosely They will take a message and have some one call you back

Unable to return unwanted hoses
A high pressure salesman, *** ***, would not leave our Service Manager alone about buying some hoses He consistently hounded him about the hoses, but then told our Service Manager, *** ***, that we could try them out for days "FREE" and if we didn't want them we could return them In order for *** to leave *** alone, *** allowed him to send the hoses for the trial period Once *** received the hoses, he never even opened the box because he did not want them initially, and set them aside until *** would call back for the return policy The next time we heard back from *** was to collect payment on the hoses, and of course after the 30-day trial period *** indicated that he did not want them and wanted to know how to return them *** proceeded to tell *** that the 30-day trial period expired and that he couldn't return them *** went round-and-round with *** about returning them, and *** finally said we h
