Unable to return unwanted hoses A high pressure salesman, [redacted] , would not leave our Service Manager alone about buying some hoses He consistently hounded him about the hoses, but then told our Service Manager, [redacted] , that we could try them out for days "FREE" and if we didn't want them we could return them In order for [redacted] to leave [redacted] alone, [redacted] allowed him to send the hoses for the trial period Once [redacted] received the hoses, he never even opened the box because he did not want them initially, and set them aside until [redacted] would call back for the return policy The next time we heard back from [redacted] was to collect payment on the hoses, and of course after the 30-day trial period [redacted] indicated that he did not want them and wanted to know how to return them [redacted] proceeded to tell [redacted] that the 30-day trial period expired and that he couldn't return them [redacted] went round-and-round with [redacted] about returning them, and [redacted] finally said we h

I was contacted regarding air hose and told to try it and if it did not meet my requirements it could be returnedI received it and it did not work as describedI used one hose and left the rest as sentI received a call demanding payment and was not given the option to return the hose not usedI was told it would be replaced with a better cold weather hose see if this happensI agreed as at this point I am stuckMy Bad wont happen again I do not recommend this Co
