I wanted to share a positive experience with this business When one of the refrigerators I purchased failed, they helped me the entire way from looking back invoices from years ago to working with the extended warranty company for a replacement Dealing with them with a new fridge was very satisfying as well They look for reasons to say yes every step of the way

I purchased a refrigerator in March. It does not work. We are constantly calling for warranty repairs. It takes approximately one to two weeks to schedule a technician to come to the house. The technician then has to order parts which then takes another one to two weeks to arrive. We are without a refrigerator during this time. When the parts arrive the repairs are made and the refrigerator works for about one week then stops. We have been without a refrigerator for three of the last six months. I have contacted Queen City twice and have received no assistance. The refrigerator is not working again.
