Purchased the Sauna at my MN State Fair as a show special with lifetime warranty. It fails, they're out of business, although their sidekicks are there to sell you parts for the cost of a new sauna. What a bunch of shrewd b[censored] out to do nothing but screw people! I hope you sit on all your parts for your lifetime! I wouldn't pay you a red cent, you bunch of screws!

Review: I purchased a Cedrus Sauna in April of "08". Last time I tried to use it, after preheat stage upon entering it, it had a burnt or electric odor. I immediately unplugged it and have not used it since. The sauna is warranted with American Infrared Sauna Corp with a lifetime warranty on the heater, workmaship and electrical components. This sauna has not been abused and has only been used by me in it's original location. My problem is I can not contact Cedrus Sauna's. Their phone number's (###-###-#### & ###-###-####) don't connect. I have left several e-mails withtheir website www.cedrussauna.com, with no response. All I want is my sauna repaired. All I can figure is they have gone out of business and I am basically out-of-luck. I purchase this sauna at an annual home show here in Vegas at Cashman Field. I need to know where I go from here. I would appreciate your help regarding this matter. Thanks You, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Firstly I would like my sauna repaired. Secondly, I would like to know what recourse I have with this company. I am out a sauna that had a life time warranty. Thirdly, I would like to find a company that can replace the components on this sauna that went out.
