First of all this customer booked their reservation through Expedia for the roomOur hotel did not collect money for customer, therefore, we were not able to present receipt to customerThe customer has to request receipt from Expedia and that is what we tried explaining to the guest The guest checked in at our hotel at 12:AM and came around 1:Am requesting for more towelsThere were guest per rooms and our rooms have already towels per roomCustomer asked for more towelsSo we advised we do not have more towels at this time of night available We rent these rooms every day, we never had this kind of complaint beforeAlso, they mentioned that hot water knob came offWell we only have one knob for both hot and cold water in our shower and when we cleaned the room we did not see any knob sitting anywhereIf it came off how did it get back on the spoutWe did not fix itWe weren't even aware of this maintenance issue until we received your letter As far as having mold and water damage and any other problem the customer is claiming, why didn't they report these problem to hotelWe are finding this news from your letterIf we had these many problem in our rooms, your organization would have received this kind of complaint from other guest as well If the guest had informed us or any problem or were not happy with room within hours of check in time, we would gladly moved them to different rooms or let them check out and go somewhere else Therefore, we do not see reason for any refund should be offered to the guestShould you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Well, not exactlyBut obviously my complaint is going to go nowhereI did not request extra towelsI requested one and was met with rudeness, which made me uncomfortable in approaching the desk about the condition of the room - that couple with the fact that the whole hotel feels dangerousIf they want to keep my $110, that's fineBut I would certainly hope the Revdex.com would do something to inspect this horrible business - a seedy hotel who is falsely advertising on their website that they are a clean, safe motelAbsolutely despicableI travel for work and will NOT be staying at this motel again.
As for not providing me with a receipt upon checkout, I have booked rooms online many times and not had an issue obtaining a checkout receiptA receipt printed a week in advance of my stay does nothing for me in terms of getting reimbursedI need a CHECKOUT receipt that shows any additional charges or taxes leviedThis business is unprofessional and dangerousI will spread the word via Yelp, Travelocity, Expedia and Priceline about this despicable business

The guest checked in at our hotel at 12:30 AM and came around 1:15 Am requesting for more towels. There were 2 guest per rooms and our rooms have already 4 towels per room. Customer asked for 5 more towels. So we advised we do not have more towels at this time of night available.
 
We rent these rooms every day, we never had this kind of complaint before. Also, they mentioned that hot water knob came off. Review: I stayed at this motel Saturday, June 21. The walls were covered with water damage and mold. There was a dead cockroach in the room, the hot-water knob came off completely in my roommate's hand and the pool was filled with rust, green water and garbage. Staff was very unhelpful and gave me a hard time for asking for extra towels. Walls are paper-thin. Room smells horrible. We had two rooms and both were moldy and the water leaked. Mini-refrigerator plug sparked when we put it in the outlet. Staff said they could not give us a receipt for our room when we checked out. Spit wads on ceiling of bathroom.Desired Settlement: $109.88 refund requested for two rooms on June 21, 2014. Also to make Revdex.com aware of the situation at American Inn Express.
