There are no shorter roofing nails available to me other than 3/4" which should not protrude through 1/2" plywood, Ice & water shield and the shinglesSome, not all, didI must be able to guarantee that the shingles are secure and will not blow offI have no way of knowing how Home Depot secured these shingle on the pre-fab building or what they usedMy insurance has nothing to do with the length of nailsWhat I told Mr [redacted] was that insurance standards wouldn't allow us to use staplesIf Mr [redacted] is asking for $to touch up his paint I will be happy to oblige himPlease advise if I should send a check directly to him

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My issue is not about staples,it is about no prior notification of the bad outcome of most of the nails coming through the plywood.Mr [redacted] can send me a check at my home address. Thank you for your help. Regards, [redacted] ***

secured these shingle on the pre-fab building or what they used. My insurance has nothing to do with the length of nails. What I told Mr. [redacted] was that insurance standards wouldn't allow us to use staples. If Mr. [redacted] is asking for $300.00 to touch up his paint I will be happy to oblige him. Please advise if I should send a check directly to him.

Revdex.com:
The information provided by the vendor is inaccurate but I will accept their RMA provided   For the record on 10/**/16 I sent an email to the vendor asking for the status of my RMA.  On 10/**/16 I received the email copy and pasted below which did not give ANY reference to a RMA.   Attached to this email was I am assuming the owners lease agreement to a rental property they are renting in [redacted] for over $4000 a month.   That was the only correspondence I received from the vendor.   The RMA was not attached nor did the email reference any RMA information. It was then I contacted the Revdex.com for action.  The Revdex.com site also indicated they are not an "accredited" business although they use and display the Revdex.com logo on their site.I will process the return in the next day and hopefully I will not have any further issues.  -[redacted]

Hi, Customer ordered 10/**/2015.  Customer contacted us for a one year warranty replacement 10/**/16, and we confirmed 10/**.  We approved the warranty replacement and requested the damaged unit to be sent back to us first by provided an RMA number and an address on 10/**/2016....

Please see attached supporting documents.  We emailed all this information to the email address provided on the order and the RMA request.  Customer must have SPAM/JUNK filters so he never received our communication.  We took a step ahead and emailed it to the customer directly at [redacted] which is not an official email as the one on the order [redacted]  We have been 100% compliant with the customer request and the warranty policy.  Customer is simply needed to receive our step by step instructions and send back the damaged unit for a brand new replacement. We are not sure why we are at fault here.  Please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### or [redacted]Thank you,[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2016/06/24) */
I am very sorry for not not responding to the complaint soon. It is very important for me and for the business to find the truth before reaching to any conclusion. I did receive the mail, and I did not ignore the complaint. It has given me July...

4, 2016 to response by. Now the facts as follows: The customer complaint # [redacted] (due to customer privacy and respect we will not mention the name...sorry). Customer checked in at 12:42 AM on the Memorial weekend. We had only room available at that time was Nonsmoking #106. Which was given. My staff called the customer at 11:00 AM in the morning to checkout. At that time it was mentioned that towel had two small pots on it which was shown to the front deck. He said "Would you like me to replace it". The answer was no "I need $50.00 refund". It is unfortunate that this customer was unhappy at he hotel. There were no other issue with the room until checkout time. If the customer came in the office within one hour upon checking, he or she will receive full refund with out any questions. Now, I am sorry I cannot do any thing!!!
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2016/06/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
no one called me in the morning to check out nor was I told when the check out time was at time of check in. The person who helped me looked like he just had waken up and he had to be awakened again in the morning when I came to show him the soiled towels. I was NOT asked if I wanted towels replaced as I was checking out. I respectfully asked for a goodwill gesture/customer courtesy of $50 to compensate for the soiled towels which he flatly denied. Since I was extremely exhausted from driving I immediately went to bed without checking the room. I also brought it to his attention that the bathtub was dirty which I had to wash and rinse out myself before using and the sheets smelled. I could have easily asked for a FULL refund which I did not since I did sleep in the room. I just ask that this owner acknowledge and appreciate that I brought this to his attention for future customers.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2016/07/06) */
Once again I am very sorry that the room was not to your satisfaction. Next time when you do come I will give you 50% discount on your stay. This offer is good for one Year. I will personally make sure that your stay would be very pleasant.
