Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  There is absolutely no extortion involved here.  After speaking with Tad he clarified that 'there was a promotion offered for early on roof requests'.  Well, one of those neighbors was not an early request.  We would have had no problem paying for an upgrade had we known we were not getting WHAT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS RECEIVED.  We trusted the success of the other neighbors and went with Covenant.  At no point in time was there mention of a promotion that had expired.Insurance has released the remaining payment and it will be forwarded to Covenant, reluctantly.  We did not receive what we believed we were getting as it was clearly communicated we wanted what the other neighbors had that were installed by Covenant.  Not to mention we ran into yet another case, both times, of contractors showing up with no notification whatsoever to install the ridge vents, left nails and debris on the back porch that could have harmed the children and animals.  All debris is still on hand.  This was not mentioned to Tad because I find the communication of this company minimum in terms of scheduling and clarification on what is being provided and when.  After speaking with him regarding the problem he assured that the very next week the remaining work would be completed.  It was almost 3 weeks later.  That's been the typical experience and we will not recommend [redacted] in the future. This was not about the money, this was about a product we expected, thought we were getting and due to poor management and communication, it left unhappy customer.

Sent: Wednesday, June 22, 2016 3:39 PMSubject: RE: [redacted] and [redacted]      To answer the complaint existing with Mrs. [redacted], I called her as soon as I was made aware there was a complaint.  I contacted NC Revdex.com, GA Revdex.com, TN Revdex.com and TXHOU/Revdex.com none of whom had any...

record of any complaint.  A suggestion was made to me by the HOUTX Revdex.com to wait until I receive notice and then respond.     I called Mrs. [redacted] because I was made aware of the situation that the customer had interrupted payments from her insurance company.  I asked about the the [redacted] job with her salesperson [redacted], he explained to me the concerns he was presented with. My only contact with Mrs. [redacted] was a friendly hello as I did not get involved until this point.  [redacted], was the first and only professional contact [redacted] and [redacted] had with Mrs. [redacted]. I did not get out of the truck as Mrs. [redacted] politely pointed out in her complaint.       [redacted] was very new with the company when we met Mrs. [redacted] although he had been extensively trained in company policy and procedure.  [redacted] had an initial meeting, and wrote up an agreement with Mrs. [redacted] which they both agreed upon and each signed.  This document was processed and a claim was filed for hail damage to the [redacted] policy.  Through the professionalism and diligence of [redacted], an estimate was done, a meeting with the insurance company was set, and a follow up meeting after the adjuster meeting was made with Mrs. [redacted] to make selections and choose colors of her new roof.  The agreement clearly states that [redacted] works directly from the insurance estimate unless upgrades are chosen.  I was not present at this meeting although I was surprised to find out that the customer choose not to upgrade her roof.  I asked [redacted], why didn't she upgrade?  [redacted] didn't understand either because," Her boyfriend was there at the meeting and he offered to pay the additional expense,"he said.       I called Mrs. [redacted] and asked what we could do to solve her concern, release payment and prevent a Revdex.com claim.  We agreed to removing the new ridge of her home and installing a Shingle over ridge-vent to look like the neighbors home, and I agreed to split the cost. I asked about the confusion with the upgrades and she said," She didn't fully understand."  I questioned this dialog because of the boyfriend being present at the selection meeting and offering to pay for the upgrades which would have included the Ridge-Vent.  I think the upgrade total cost would have been 400-500 dollars prior to the installation of the job.       In conclusion, Mrs [redacted] sent me a text with pictures of her home after the Ridge-Vent was installed and asked where to send the balance of her roof invoice.  I was under the impression the changes, extra labor and materials were the solution to her concerns and I was please to find out that Mrs. [redacted] was paying her balance.  As far as I know we have still not been paid for our products and services for this job.  I have spoken with [redacted] in regards to this complaint, and he is also bewildered at these outlandish claims by Mrs [redacted] and he said," I was nothing but professional with that lady."       I then received notice from my brother Joseph [redacted] that we had a complaint from Mrs. [redacted] and I reached out to Mrs. [redacted] and asked if we were good with everything or was there anything else I could do prior to answering this complaint.  I thought maybe the complaint was filed prior to us agreeing to add the Ridge-Vent.  I pray that we can settle this amicable, our customer service and reputation mean everything to us.  There was never any deceit, or misrepresentation of any kind in our dealings with Mrs. [redacted] or any of our other 1,500 customers.  I feel slighted that a customer that has not even paid for what they agreed to and ordered us to install would fabricate accusations and implied fraud while attempting to extort products and services from us using the Revdex.com as a threat. My reputation with the Revdex.com has been outstanding for over 15yrs of customer service across the SE United States.      Tad [redacted] & [redacted]
