I am rejecting this response because:
 
It is not me that is unprofessional. If they had actually read my complaint they would see that I was merely stating that the instructor for the Anatomy and Physiology portion of the course was very professional. The administration was well aware of the issues with the Billing instructor. The fact that she is no longer employed there is an indication of that. 
 
I would hope that AIHT looks at this as a learning tool and not a burden as mentioned in their response for students in the future. Please open on time, please do not offer promises that cannot be fulfilled, please screen your instructors, please provide an environment that fosters good instructors, and please accept feedback. The amount of money that students invest is not small. Take a step back and realize that people are investing time and money.
