After receiving Mr [redacted] 's complaint we asked Mr [redacted] to send utility bills from this year and last year so we can compare the usage Several months there was savings some $plus dollars There were only months that no savings were shown We sent [redacted] out to the house to check the Radiant Barrier Spray it looked good and was up to specifications We did not do the Insulation in the home [redacted] said the Insulation was very patchy and unlevel There are also parts of the middle of the attic where no Insulation was layed at all or the insulation is very thin At that point we gave him a price to do the insulation because that will affect the Radiant Barrier and how it works [redacted] explained everything to Mr [redacted] We hope we were able to assure Mr [redacted] that the Radiant Barrier is working and up to specifications It is saving him money We can't guarantee a 35% savings because there are other factors that have to be considered Thank you, [redacted]

On 6/28/Pritchard Law firm sent a demand letter on past due amount with incurred attorney’s fees for $on 8/5/received a check for $check #This check didn’t cover full amount due with attorney’s fees plus now due for July ’and August ’and more attorney fees were incurred because *** was now in foreclosure now because the period stated in first demand letter expressed that days to cure or make arrangements was well expired. The check was sent to the attorney’s office for them to send at letter that the check was for insufficient amount to cover arrearage and attorney’s fee incurred by this point 8/24/*** called wanting payoff amount to stop foreclosureWe quoted a payoff of $to American Insulation and attorney fees of $*** told her if she would payoff American Insulation would take off $off payof* *** came into office and paid $cashier’s check to pay off *** *** and paid a separate cashier’s check for $845.96 payable to Pritchard’ Law Firm for attorney’s fees*** *** prepared a release of lien and gave to *** *** to file with Dallas County*** called The Prichard Law Firm and notified them *** had paid a settlement amount and attorney fees and to stop foreclosure. Once the home goes into foreclosure The County refers to the original paperwork filed with them which would reflect the original loan amount not amount due. The courthouse updates their legal notices the first Tuesday of every month. So if Ms*** were to go look now it shouldn.t be listed any longer. We can’t control house the court house post the listings. American Insulation does not report to the credit agencies so nothing will show up on her credit. If you have any questions please feel free to call ***.Thank you, *** ***

After receiving Mr. [redacted]'s complaint we asked Mr. [redacted] to send utility bills from this year and last year so we can compare the usage.  Several months there was savings some $100.00 plus dollars.  There were only 2 months that no savings were shown.  We sent [redacted] out to the...

house to check the Radiant Barrier Spray it looked good and was up to specifications.  We did not do the Insulation in the home.  [redacted] said the Insulation was very patchy and unlevel.  There are also parts of the middle of the attic where no Insulation was layed at all or the insulation is very thin.  At that point we gave him a price to do the insulation because that will affect the Radiant Barrier and how it works.  [redacted] explained everything to Mr. [redacted].  We hope we were able to assure Mr. [redacted] that the Radiant Barrier is working and up to specifications.  It is saving him money.  We can't guarantee a 35% savings because there are other factors that have to be considered.  Thank you,  [redacted]
