Review: The owner of this company personally installed my home furnace with poor workmanship and refuses to respond to my calls or email requests to remedy his service. The furnace was installed in a way that completely obstructs the opening to the air filter, therefore you cannot slide an air filter into the furnace. This is an obvious issue (even for those of us unfamiliar with these systems). You can see from the photos that any air conditioning/furnace technician would know that a pipe was blocking the air filter port. I can only guess that he installed it and left hoping that I would not notice. I have called and emailed the owner numerous times in an effort to get him to fix this - the air quality in my home is very bad without the furnace air filter. He will not respond to repeated requests to remedy this defective workmanship.Desired Settlement: I request that he have a technician come out and move the furnace or pipes so that a filter can be put into the air filter. If this company does not know how to do this, they should hire someone to fix this.
