On Thursday January 5th at 2:I spoke with *** ***He explained the situation to me and I agree that we did not perform the service he requested properlyAfter talking with my service advisor Rob he agreed that he could of handled the situation betterWe did perform diagnostics on the
vehicle and found some issues that caused the echeck failure but we did not properly document the cause and correctionsWe also did not have the proper tools to make some of the repairs so we advised the customer to go to the dealerWe strive to purchase tools and equipment to stay up with technology however there are some tools that we just do not have to perform repairsI apologized to *** *** and gave him a full refund of the $Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn from our errors and correct your concerns.Jason A***
