American Insure All has agreed through a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner they owe me $The company has stated the check has been sent but, I have not received itThe company owes me the money because they attempted to deduct a large sum of money from my account that I did not approveAlso, American Insure All was unable to provide insurance for the initial quoted amountThe company may be attempting to scam consumers because, I was able to acquire necessary insurance through another company for much less than the initial quoteIn fact, I called three other companies and ALL of the other companies quoted the insurance I needed for considerably less than American Insure All's initial quote.The company never provided a single service to me and needs to promptly return my money

I was informed that the $I was paying that day was for ***'s SR-to be filedIt never was as Pacstar rejected the policy and per Perla AND Patty that money would be refunded to me as it did not get used to provide that for meToday when I spoke with Patty she agreed with me that that amount should be refunded and was unable to provide a reason as to why it was not, only that it was for some reason the decision of the president of the company for the time spent searching for a policy by the agentsThat is NOT what I paid the money for, it is not what Perla stated the money was for and I still expect a refund.Sincerely,*** ***

complaintWe educate the insurance buying public as to what they are buying and where the fees and premiums are appliedinsurance agents' designation changed to being "Insurance Producer" which is like a brokerThis allowed agents, now producers the ability to charge fees for transactions along with being paid a commissionThe only caveat is disclosure of the total compensation along with the feeA copy is given to the insured along with proof of insurance and a copy of the application at the time of binding coverageWe are the only industry in American that is required this type of disclosureThe form used to the disclosure must meet the requirements of the Office of Insurance Commissioner WAAmerican Insure All forms meet all requirements.I have included CyberSource Business Center-Transaction Receipt in which *** *** has initialed (page 2), the Agency Compensation Disclosure Statement (page 3), which includes information on our commissions and the "non-refundable" broker fee of $Mr*** has signed and dated acknowledging he is agreeing to the chargesI have also attached the signed receipt by our agent (page 4) that was processed on his credit card on 5/20/@ 5:25pmAs a separated transactionAny claim of non-disclosure or ignorance of the transaction is disproved by the client's signature.If you need any more information please let me know, thank you and I hope you have a great day.Best Regards,Lori H***Assistant ComptrollerAmerican Insure-All Agency, Inc.***

Ms. [redacted] paid for coverage and it was given between the dates of 7/14/[redacted]5 to...

Per our detailed and documented notations in Ms. [redacted]'s file she asked to have another driver ([redacted]) priced to add him to her policy as a driver. Please see the Log Notes below:
16) 11/02/[redacted]5 15:09: Patricia S[redacted] (PCS): 01 Phone From Ins Log POSSIBLE ENDO [redacted] WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE FOR [redacted] TO HAVE SR22 ON FILE. ADV HE WOULD NEED TO BE AN ACTIVE DRIVER AS WELL. SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT IS ON HIS DRIVING RECORD. I ADVISED THAT I CANNOT PROVIDE AN ACCURATE PRICE W/O KNOWING THAT INFORMATION. Ms. [redacted] then paid the $40.00 in fees and Agent Perla gave a copy of the additional driver's ([redacted]) SR-22 directly to Ms. [redacted] on 11/18/[redacted]5. Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] would have been able to file this directly with the Washington State SR-22 Department in addition to having Pacific Star Insurance Company file the SR-22. Please see the log note below for confirmation of the change to [redacted] that Ms. [redacted] requested:

THE NEXT THING WE CAN DO IS KEEP HER ON HER PAC STAR POLICY AND WRITE [redacted] A POLICY THRU DAIRYLAND. I OFFERED TO GIVE A DISCOUNT ON BF IF WE WRITE A DAIRYLAND POLICY DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE DOWN WOULD BE $143 AND $76 MONTH. WE WONT CHARGE SR 22 FEE AGAIN AND WILL GIVE $50 DISCOUNT ON BF. INSURED WAS NOT HAPPY AND WANTS A REFUND AND CX POLICY. EXPLAINED THAT I CAN NOT REFUND HER SR 22 BC HER SR 22 WAS FILED, SHE PAID $124 WHICH INCLUDED $94 FOR HER MONTHLY PAYMNET AND $30 ADDITIONAL PREM, IF WE CX POLICY THEY WILL REFUND HER DAYS SHE DID NOT USE ON POLICY. SHE WILL COME IN ON FRIDAY AND MAKE DECISION.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I am sorry for cursing over the phone. I hope you are not retaliating against me for filing a complaint. I ask that you provide an itemized list of the charges for everything including the credit I received. I feel deceived by your business because you are a third party and have charges that I was not aware of or understood that I would be obligated to pay when seeking insurance through a third party. I feel like doing business with insurance company directly would have saved me money and I would have never used a broker. If I would known that paying off early rather than breaking into 6 month installments would have saved me money I would have made an upfront payment. You should have a separate sheet showing itemized charges for all fees, credits and charges. I felt like this was a trick of the trade and you should thoroughly explain each and every charge to your consumers.

Ms. [redacted] was advised this again by the Agents at the direct time she was physically handed Mr. [redacted]'s SR-22 filing and charged for this service. We have extensively documented notes as required by Law on all transactions performed for Ms. [redacted] and her Personal Insurance Policy. 
To be clear, there will be NO refund of monies to Ms. [redacted] as this money paid for services rendered.

I have a reciept stating that $50 was paid for an SR22 filing fee. $25 of which was for my SR22 which was filed. The other $25 was paid for [redacted] (my husband's) SR22 which never was. Sincerely,[redacted]
