adjuster's worksheet.  The frozen pipes detailed in the homeowner's complaint were a result of the homeowner running out of propane while on vacation during an unprecedented extended length of subzero temperatures.  In good faith and because we strive to maintain positive customer relationships, we installed four large space heaters in the customer's home while she was waiting for her propane delivery and furnace restart in an attempt to help keep her comfortable during the bitter cold.  We also called our insulation vendor, at our expense, to come back and add additional insulation that was outside the scope of the original contracted fire repair work in an attempt to prove to the customer that we were committed to her project satisfaction.  This was insulation added to the [redacted] area of her home that never had insulation prior to the fire and was not in the insurance company's scope of work.  The homeowner relayed several times that her pipes have frozen frequently in the past, so we were trying very hard to help provide her with a permanent solution to her longstanding issue.

We had a water pipe leak behind a wall in our house. From the mold remediation to the final renovation of the bathroom and refinishing of wood floors, AIR did a fantastic job. I had two service managers who went above and beyond in keeping the job going, in being responsive to my needs and questions and in making sure the job was done perfectly. This is a company that truly earns the name "integrity." I cannot recommend them enough from start to finish.
