I am a deal hunter and absolutely know how to shop for lowest Mortgage rates. AIM has proven to consistently offer the most aggressive pricing out there, even among the many other aggressive online Lenders....but most importantly, they DO DELIVER!
That's even more important than simply aggressive pricing.... that AIM could actually close and fund the loan timely, with great people to work with, who always provide excellent service and are very responsive!
You do need to know how to provide documents via online uploads, be on top of your paperwork and follow written instructions to move along with the process quickly since there is no "hand-holding" here. But it absolutely pays off if you are looking to SAVE $$$!!!
[redacted] (Loan Officer) and [redacted]. (Loan Processor) were absolutely a pleasure to work with! Make sure you ask for them when applying for your loan/refinance!
This is my second loan with Tommy, and I could NOT imagine ANY reasons to do business with other Lenders, now that I had closed another fantastic loan and experienced another great process with AIM & Tommy!
