We notified homeowner upon receiving cabinets that one cabinet was wrongThe installer showed and explained this at her home before we installed them and asked her if she wanted to order the correct cabinetShe denied and told him she was fine with the cabinets and to go ahead and
install themWe have this documented from the installer and myself when I called her that dayWe also informed her the wine racks were on backorder and they would come in a few days and we could install them when we came back to install the side skin needed to finish the cabinet that she approvedThe granite was installed the next dayWe told her that if the granite remnant was large enough we would move the cabinet out to cover some existing damage on her wall but when the measurements were taken and determined that it would not be possible to move the cabinets out we install them and the granite normally as we would in a standard cabinet / countertop installWe are well in our scope of work being a licensed general contractor to move an outlet up the wallWe were told after the granite went in to not contact her or call her anymore from that time on but she still had a $1700+ balance due for the work that was completeWe were not allowed to go back and install the skin or wine racks and she told us that the work was completed by another contractor and it was finishedWe had to file a pre-lien to get the balanced paid and were threatened several times in emails if we filed a lien. We have all this documented and recorded at our office and would be happy to produce it for anyone who wants to know the real truth of the matterThe electrical is fine and to code and nothing was done wrong or incorrect.

Did not complete job according to specs. Demanded full payment prior to satisfactory completion. Did not offer resolution only threatened me with lien. Very poor customer relations. Uses un licensed sub contractors to do electrical work. I am going to the [redacted] to resolve this issue.

We notified homeowner upon receiving cabinets that one cabinet was wrong. The installer showed and explained this at her home before we installed them and asked her if she wanted to order the correct cabinet. She denied and told him she was fine with the cabinets and to go ahead and...

install them. We have this documented from the installer and myself when I called her that day. We also informed her the wine racks were on backorder and they would come in a few days and we could install them when we came back to install the side skin needed to finish the cabinet that she approved. The granite was installed the next day. We told her that if the granite remnant was large enough we would move the cabinet out to cover some existing damage on her wall but when the measurements were taken and determined that it would not be possible to move the cabinets out we install them and the granite normally as we would in a standard cabinet / countertop install. We are well in our scope of work being a licensed general contractor to move an outlet up the wall. We were told after the granite went in to not contact her or call her anymore from that time on but she still had a $1700+ balance due for the work that was complete. We were not allowed to go back and install the skin or wine racks and she told us that the work was completed by another contractor and it was finished. We had to file a pre-lien to get the balanced paid and were threatened several times in emails if we filed a lien. We have all this documented and recorded at our office and would be happy to produce it for anyone who wants to know the real truth of the matter. The electrical is fine and to code and nothing was done wrong or incorrect.
Feel free to contact me if this need further clarifying.
