We did go out and re scrape and prime and paint her house in *** ***, and *** were the on the jobIt took a total of man hours to completeTheir time cards are documented
with both location, hours, and time spent on job. *** was unsatisfied with the results as some of the paint did not match up with the restIt was not the same "white"Simply put there was not a lot of areas that were peelingThe areas that were we scraped down and primed and paintedThe fresh paint had a different look than the old dirty paint from a year ago. We then in had another call, based on more peeling paintNow we believed this to be a moisture problem or delaminating of the woodWe used top of the line products with both times and have pictures of the bare wood completely scrapped, then primed, then paintedIt simply wont hold on. In any case Tom scrapped down her house and re primed itTotal of hours, there were hardly any areas, again pictures were taken to show what was done. I was told that it was repainted as well (at least the areas needed). *** assures me that these areas were not painted and still need to beTDS will go out and repaint those few areas in spring of But the paint will not hold because she has major wood delamination and moisture problems on the chimney, window trim, and some soffits. We are sorry about the misunderstanding and unfortunate situationWe will work on communicating better ***

Thank you,

Review: I been customer of AIS for over 13 years, in June 2015, [redacted] has closed its doors after 13 years in business, I sent a 30 days notice to terminate the contract with AIS

The response was that there is a line in the contract stating that the contract is renewed automatically each year on march, I was a never aware of this close, none of the other collocation companies on the market, the common practice is 30 days notice

Craig F[redacted] who obviously have a personal problem with me gave his instructions to not let me take out my equipment from the facility, without giving any respect to the 13 years old business relationship! he threatened me that the only way is to sign a new contract with a different active company for the remaining period

After a month of going back and forth, we agreed o reduce the space for the remaing period of the one year, I signed a new contract and made a new payment, after that I went to the colocation and I was trying to take out a part of the equipment for the space I'm returning but Craig gave his instriction to not let me take out my equipment and it was confiscated and put in AIS storage !

This is ridiculous as I do not think it's fair that they confiscate my equipment! everything is up to date, a new contract in place and a payment is made

since July 2015, I'm not able to use the service due to the fact that I do not have access to my equipment, AIS is still billing me for every month even that I'm not allowed to access fully my equipment, with the word access I mean to take my equipment back to my garage so I can work on itDesired Settlement: Two option:

1- terminate the contract as per the 30 day notice I sent in June 01, 2015, I was never aware of the yearly auto renewal, [redacted] has closed it's door and it's a case of force majeur! I wish my business was still running!AIS wants me to use another business to pay for a service I do not need, the auto renewal has definitly no impact on AIS except extra money

2- waive July and August fees since I had no access to my equipment, give me the allowance to take my equipment any time I need too, there is a contract in place and I feel it's unethical for AIS to hold and confiscate my own equipment for the contract to be respected

Business
