Review: I ordered a Bra from this company on November [redacted],2013 and have yet to receive the item. I paid them through Pay Pal. I have tried to call them and they do not take messages. I have e mailed the customer service dept. 3 times and have had no response from them either. The item is $27.00 and I want my money refunded to me.Desired Settlement: My money deposited back in my account.

Review: I ordered online three items from AmericanIntimates.com on 12/**/13. I have not received my order as of this date, 12/**/13 - order number [redacted]. When I tried to contact them at ###-###-####, I 12/**/13 and 12/**/13 received a voice message stating: "You have reached AmericanIntimates.com. Due to the changes we are making to improve our site, it may take up to 2 business days to get back to you. Please include your name and order number, and we will either call you back or email you. Leave a message when you hear the beep. Thank you" - Then an automatic voice says the mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. I then emailed them at both of their emails and have received no response: [redacted] and the other email: [redacted].

I cannot contact them and they are not responding to my emails or answering their phone or checking their phone messages during regular business hours.

They claimed the following: We ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS at our discretion. These packages usually arrive within 3-10 business days after they are shipped.

I cannot cancel my order due to the fact that their website states the following:

"You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you cancel after that time we may, at our sole discretion, charge you a 20% restocking fee. In the event we ship your order and you either refuse the package or fail to pick it up from the carrier in addition to the 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charge you will also be charged any additional shipping charges and fees that the carrier may charge us for returning the package to us. For items that are not returnable this is in addition to the full price of your order. In the event we cannot fill your order within 30 days we may, at our discretion, cancel it or any part of it without notice."

I now fear that this is a scam and that their business is not functioning, but that THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE ORDERS ONLINE, as their online site is still functioning.Desired Settlement: I have no idea if they have charged my credit card or when they will charge the credit card. I wish to cancel the order because I no longer trust this merchant, but I cannot do that or will be legally bound to the merchandise as noted above. They need to be investigated and, as they are local to you, this can be done by you in person before everyone is ripped off. They need to finish the job or tell me in writing (email to [redacted]that they have canceled the order - otherwise I will be able to legally cancel it on 1/**/14.

Review: I ordered and paid for 4 bras from Americanintimates.com on March **, 2015. I tried to contact the business by phone on April **,**, & ** and only got a recording stating to leave a message, but the "mailbox is full" so I could not leave a message. I sent my first email on April **, and a second on April ** and on the [redacted]. No response has been received.Desired Settlement: I either want the products I paid for, or a refund in full. I stated that clearly on the e-mail I sent to the company today.

Review: On March * 2015 ordered and paid for via credit card socks. When I checked with customer service the web site given had a full response box and did not take my call. Other blogs complained that the same company did not deliver their orders.Desired Settlement: A refund of purchase price.
