duplicate this concern even though we tried for days to reproduce a water leakThis included flooding the roof area of the car with water and taking the car through a local carwash multiple timesWe turned to MBUSA Technical Field Services who confirmed that there were no quality issues with this style glass roof design at this timeLater conversation with the customer reveled that the rear sunroof was slightly open during the rain storm to provide ventilationWe believe that this was the cause of the water ingress.Buy Back request - After reviewing the customer's concerns and our repair information, MBUSA has denied the customer's request to have his car bought back. In an effort to resolve this matter we (Hoehn Mercedes-Benz) have offered to take the car back from the customer and refund his moneyThe customer is considering his decision

I have spoken to the customer ad he will show me the damage to his floor mats and carpets. I will do all I can to understand the cause of the damage and resolve this matter with our customer.
