Review: This company has now charged by visa check card three times for my single order of 26.95. Despite call their customer service two times, the charge seems to reoccur. I notified them on 11-25-2015 when my bank account had a memo post of them charging me again for a transaction that had posted on 11-23. Although they credited my account on 12-07-2015, today 12-10-2015 I again see my account charged - memo post - so I called them again for a refund. They blamed their computer as they did the first time, and refused to immediately credit my account (it will take at least a week). How can I be assured they will not continue to charge my account (since it has already been charged a total of two additional, fraudulant charges)?

Interestingly, about three years ago, the same thing happened and I didn't try to get a refund, so it makes me think this is normal practice for them.Desired Settlement: I have asked for an immediate refund twice after each charge to my account, but they continue to re-charge my account.
