This organization is a scam They continue to ask for money even after telling you that they will secure your computer against other scam artists We gave them over $to do thatThey have taken photos off of my albums and stated that someone else is entering my account They wanted me to get an iTunes card for $and input the scan number in but we could not get one from our remote island After explaining that it was impossible, and that they guaranteed that they would protect our laptop from any unauthorized entry, I called AppleCare This is what you should do to get the free service to protect your Mac Don't go the M [redacted] or American IT Support unless you like paying for something that should be FREE!

This organization is a scam. They continue to ask for money even after telling you that they will secure your computer against other scam artists. We gave them over $650 to do that. They have taken photos off of my albums and stated that someone else is entering my account. They wanted me to get an iTunes card for $300 and input the scan number in but we could not get one from our remote island. After explaining that it was impossible, and that they guaranteed that they would protect our laptop from any unauthorized entry, I called AppleCare. This is what you should do to get the free service to protect your Mac. Don't go the M[redacted] or American IT Support unless you like paying for something that should be FREE!

Review: American IT Support was to remove hackers from my computer and to alleviate all viruses and to prevent future viruses. They installed two programs; [redacted] anti virus and [redacted] on my computer to accomplish this task. However, [redacted] stopped working and I now have viruses on my computer which I can't remove and I can't remove the programs or update them because American IT has the logins and passwords to these programs. [redacted] thinks that the virus is bogus and suggests I remove the programs, but can't help me because I don't have the password to the program [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the password to [redacted] so I can have the program removed. And I want my money back because they didn't keep my computer virus free and the program they gave me malfunctioned, and they did not return any of my phone calls.ALso I want the Revdex.com to warn other people!!
